Sam drove my Dad and I to Euston from Brighton. Sam is extremely professional, an outstanding driver and prepared to go out of his way to ensure that we were dropped at the right place. It was an absolute delight to be met by Mr Brown after a long and stressful journey. He was waiting for me in arrivals and immediately took the trolley and the stress from me. He even carried my luggage inside the house at the end of the journey and waited to make sure I had locked up and given him a wave before leaving as it was the middle of the night. Both him in his suit, his immaculate car and professionalism I found very reassuring for a lone female traveller. He was recommended to me by a friend and I wholeheartedly forward this recommendation on.
